Will your silver products turn green over time?
Neither our rings, nor any of our products will turn green, guaranteed. All of our products are made of plated 925 Sterling Silver, which is extremely durable. You don't have to worry about your ring rusting or your finger turning green.
What are the stones made of?
All our jewelry is made from conflict-free, ethically-sourced materials. We use high quality diamond simulants (CZ), which are man-made stones of the highest grade that look and shine just like a perfect diamond.
Why are your products so inexpensive compared to diamond jewelry?
We understand some of you may be skeptical. Many of us are programmed us to spend thousands of dollars on diamond jewelry, which was marketed as one with the greatest value. Do you offer customizations. Can you engrave on rings?
We don't offer ring engravings or any other customizations, but you can absolutely take any of our products to a local shop for engraving.
How should I clean, maintain and store my jewelry?
Our products are extremely durable but to extend their lifespan we recommend you take your jewelry off when sleeping, exercising, or doing strenuous activities where it may get damaged. Avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals or household cleaners which may cause additional damage and do not use jewelry cleaners that damage or destroy the rhodium plating.
Make sure to store your jewelry in a safe and memorable location so you can find it when you need it.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped out of our warehouse in New York, US.
My order is delayed, what do I do?
Occasionally, there may be delays due to holidays, weather and other circumstances. If your shipment is showing up as “delayed”, it may take up to 10 days to arrive. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will investigate it for you.
Do you ship to Canada and other international locations outside of the US?
Yes we do, though in those cases, there may be a shipping fee.
I received an email that my package was delivered, but I haven't received it yet. What should I do?
Here are some steps you can take to get this resolved"
1. Please verify that you provided us the correct address.
2. Check your mailbox. Our packages are sometimes delivered in the mailbox and not at your front door.
3. Ask your neighbors and family members (if any) to see if they have seen your order.
4. If you have no luck with the above steps, then get in touch with your local post office or delivery company (UPS/FedEx) to see if they have answers.
5. If you still have not located your order after taking these steps, pleae reach out to us at email@example.com and we will do our best to get it resolved for you.
Can I return my jewelry or exchange it for a different size or style?
Absolutely, we have a 30-day return policy so simply shoot us an email and we will take care of your return or replacement.
Do your products have a warranty? What does it cover?
We stand by our products 100%, which is why every product we sell comes with a Lifetime Warranty. If you have any issues with one of our products, reach out, and we will repair or replace it.
Our warranty covers fading, missing stones, and other potential manufacturer defects. This warranty does not cover lost or stolen products, scratches, dents, or any damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, or improper use or storage of the product.
What is your shipping policy? When can I expect my order to arrive?
Our delivery time ranges between different locations but for most customers it takes no longer than 3-5 business days from the time they submit their order.
